Customer Satisfaction

We spend a great deal of time in sourcing and selecting the items we sell at Spotty Button and hope that you'll be delighted with your purchases. However, while we take great care in ensuring that each item arrives with you in exactly the same condition it left us, we can’t guarantee that the same care is always taken by the carrier.

Non-Faulty Goods

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund if you advise us within 14 days, and the item is returned to us within 28  days from the date of delivery (as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging). When returning items we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty. We regret that we cannot accept items which are returned after 7 working days from the purchase date or which are no longer in a resaleable condition.

Faulty Goods

If your purchase is deemed defective, damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item which is returned to us within 7 days (as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging). When returning items we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty. We regret that we cannot accept items which are returned after 7 working days from the purchase date.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Use the form on the 'contact us' page to tell us why you're returning the item.

Put your item(s) into a protective box or other suirable protective packaging and post it to the returns address shown below.

Refunds

After receipt of your returned goods we aim to issue refunds within 7 working days. The cost of your purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on . If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
