Delivery
At Spotty Button, we try and deliver your purchses in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. Where possible, all orders received before 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be despatched on the same day. All other orders will be despatched on the next working day. All orders are sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature on reciept. Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery.

Local Collection
If you live locally to Spotty Button, then you can choose to collect your purcheses in person. Place your order by 5pm and it should be ready to pick up the next day, Monday to Friday. Simply call us on 01327 261560 to arrange a convenient time, order and pay online as normal, making sure that you check the box marked 'pre-arranged collection' in the process.
International Orders
Spotty Button can arrange for delivery to most international destinations. If you live outside of the UK or would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us using the contact form, telling us what you’d like to order and where it's to be sent. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping cost determined on the size of the order and the destination. If you have any further questions, please contact us on +44 (0) 1327 261560.
Non-Delivered Goods
If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-despatch the goods. We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
